The 30 second deal?

Thank you.Well you may alrdy know that i have bought "Plan B" over 2 weeks ago now, well seeing how i emailed freenuke and sent out many Tickets i still have not heard from them or have got any information on my payment that i have made and that HAS been taken out of my bank account via paypal, so yes I HAVE payed.....well i dont think that i will be ever seeing the account that i have asked for....(I got an email upon 5 mins after signin up for plan b, and they asked me what account info i wanted, my domain name/username/ and password) I sent them back that email the day i sigened up fo freenukehosting......and have not heard from them science......So what should i do is what i'm asking.....(Suggestions?)-Say to hell with this and cancel this order and reorder?Why would i reorder well cuz heres what it says on there homepage.Welcome to freenukehosting.com. Why is there no good options? FNH has been great to me! You just picked a bad time to buy hosting. Admin is very very busy.

There is no bad time to buy anything in professional companies. No matter how busy the admins are, customers always come first, especially customers who have already paid up.Nothing can be more important, as businesses do not exist without customers. You're destroying your own life-line by ignoring paying customers.

Um....2 weeks, i could understand a few days but 2 weeks, come on we are payed customers we should be top priority if they want to keep there ratings up.....All you people are all like oh shut up there busy and what not, but 2 weeks with out any emails about my account status.....? you would think someone could take 5 mins outa there busy life to answer a simple question asked by someone who is paying them....i would love to tell my friends and family and other people on the net and say yes freenukhosting is the way to go they have good service and are cheap, but that is more then what i can say in this case.::EDITED:: Oh and yeah thats pretty cute to add something to my poll that i have made and block me outa it, yes you are cool....::NOTE:: People the polls were the first 4 the last one was not added by me and in this case would be faulty to vote on.::NOTE:: The poll was based ON THIS CASE not there service over all.

If what your saying is right Dago-Serv, then yes I would think that the paid services require a greater amount of attention than the free hosting requests. windborn is correct.

Thank you Windborn and Torn for making me not feel that i was just exaggerating the issue. Yes i am disappointed and i think i have every right to be in this case. If it have been 1 week i would not have mind but it is passing the 2 week mark (14 days) and i have got NO emails to what is going on.No Suggestions from anyone?I very disappointed Dago~

Well I'm pleased with my reseller hosting so far - the uptimes been good but I think admin should take more attention to this issue > its only him who will suffer because of it (well you too ;)). Good luck with this, sorry to hear it though.

Sorry for this. If you would have done it now account creation is automatic. I will get in touch with admin tonight or tommorw and solve this problem. I gaurantee you will have your hosting if you want it.

Do not get me wrong, i do want and wish to stay with freenukehosting, for the past 2 weeks and my patients have held up pretty well if i may say so myself.

ok well then ill make sure ur account gets creadted. the 30 second thing is beacuse of a script admin just recently added that auto-sets up accounts. u signed up before this was implemented. So admin might have not seen ur e-mail, its called signing up at a bad time, happened to me the first time i tried, now ive got paid hosting and love it so much :mrgreen:

Yeah, many people have took my posts the wrong way about this problem, as if i was trying ot give FNH (FreeNukeHosting) a bad name, that is not what i'm trying to do, i'm just simply pointing out the fact that i have payed and that i should deserve better service.Thank you StonedDevil for your help in this, it is very much appreciated.
